Reseller Terms of Service

Au Web Hosting installs and maintains web servers and network connectivity. In doing so, Au Web Hosting may use the services of other third parties.
Au Web Hosting provides a selected part of its facility for the reseller to enable the Reseller to offer shared web hosting services.
The reseller must fulfil the criteria and adhere to the rules as follows
Be a genuine reseller and must have at least 3 independent customers by the end of the first 3 months.
Understand about the process of web development, web hosting, and associated Internet tools and protocols, including, but not limited to, HTTP, FTP, Email system, and Internet in general.
Provide all the support and troubleshooting to its customers. It is not Au Web Hosting's obligation and duty to provide any support to Reseller's customers.
Indemnify Au Web Hosting from all liabilities that may arise from this service.
Take full responsibility of the content uploaded by its customers to/from Au Web Hosting's servers and the actions and activities of its customers while using Au Web Hosting's facilities.
Enforce Au Web Hosting Acceptable Use Policy to its customers. For this purpose, the reseller may copy and display Au Web Hosting's Acceptable Use Policy on its web site as long as the Reseller remains being an active and current customer of Au Web Hosting.
In handling of abuse / policy violation reports, Au Web Hosting will try to contact the Reseller to resolve the problem. The reseller is recommended to contact its customers. Au Web Hosting will give a reasonable amount of time to the reseller, depending on the urgency of the issue.
Au Web Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend the Reseller's customers if they have breached our Acceptable Use Policy without first notifying the Reseller.
IMPORTANT RULES!
The following rules are very important and must be adhered to. Violations to the rules will cause immediate suspension or your reseller account and all your customers.
NO TRIAL ACCOUNTS. The reseller are not to offer any trial accounts to its potential customers. Based on our experience, trial accounts can be abused by ill intentioned people to use the account for illegal use without having to pay them.
ALL NEW ACCOUNTS MUST BE MODERATED. It is compulsory for the reseller to always moderate their new customers. Without moderation, customers can enter fraudulent credit card / billing details and immediately gain access to the server.
Au Web Hosting does NOT grant permission to its resellers to copy the content of Au Web Hosting's websites onto reseller's web site. The only content you may copy is the Acceptable Use Policy. No other content should be copied without express written permission from Au Web Hosting.
Privacy
Under normal circumstances, Au Web Hosting will remain invisible to your customers. However if the customer tries to contact Au Web Hosting directly, we reserve the right to respond and communicate to them the same way as if the customer had contacted another hosting company.
Changes
Au Web Hosting may change its terms of service in the future. The Reseller should check this site for an updated terms of service in the future. Continued use of Au Web Hosting's service constitutes an agreement to Au Web Hosting's new terms of service.
Termination
Unless otherwise noted, all documentation, text and procedures that the Reseller has copied from Au Web Hosting must not be used by the Reseller after Reseller's account termination. All such material is to be taken off from the Reseller's web site.
